Link Building Strategies are not simply a template solution. There are obvious links to acquire, and obvious places to approach. But the core strategy is patience, time and a bit of investment in effort.

Two key features to start building your links are Competitor analysis. Don't think you have to be unique, look at what your local competitors do, and do the same.
Additionally we have an ever growing list of resources for backlinks, and ideas on where you can approach them. Here are some examples:
- Basic Directories, YP, Yelp, Social Media Etc, BB, FourSquare, Apple Business Connect
- Local City Commerce and City Websites
- Local Partners and Vendors - Do you own other businesses?
- Hosted events, or other local newspaper like notifications.
- Bing, Google, and all other listings for Search Engines.
Ensure your business listings are accurate and match across the board. This ensures all verifiers like Google identify your business properly and do not penalize it.
We are keeping this section intentionally short as it's very dynamic and applicable in different ways to different businesses. It's also a considerable workload for this portion of the requirements to get your business ranking well.
Content for reaching out to build your own links on other sites
