Subscription Agreement for all Subscriptions

Important: The following Subscription Payment Terms set forth an agreement between you and Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc.. with respect to the subscription PointlessPOS product(s) you have selected for purchase (the “Subscription Service”). Please carefully read these Subscription Payment Terms (the “Payment Terms”) before checking the “Yes, I agree to the subscription terms of use and renewal policy” box. By checking the “Yes, I agree to the subscription terms of use and renewal policy ” box, you, as an individual, or on behalf of the company or institution set forth on the order form of which these Payment Terms are part (the “Licensee”), are agreeing to these terms and Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc., itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries (collectively, “Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc.”), will permit authorized users to access and use the product selected on the order form. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of another person or company, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or company to these terms.

If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, you may not subscribe to the Subscription Service you selected. If we make amendments to these Payment Terms, we will post the updated Payment Terms on the product page. You will be deemed to have accepted these Payment Terms, as amended if you continue to use the Subscription Services after the updated Payment Terms have been posted.
Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services

You authorize Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc. or its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated billing payment method. When you initially subscribe to a Subscription Service, you will be charged immediately for the initial period of the subscription at the then-current fee. By choosing a product with a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Subscription Service has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

The initial period of the subscription shall be thirty-one days. Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, SAS will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month after the next month which has less than 31 days. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th of the month, Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc. will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.
All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user. To change or terminate your Subscription Services at any time, email or call: 866-973-8099 or [email protected]. If you terminate a Subscription Service, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.

Termination
If Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc believes that you have violated these Payment Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions, Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Subscription Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc may also in its sole discretion, and at any time, modify or discontinue the subscription service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Coast to Coast Business Solutions, Inc is not liable to you or any third-party for any interference with, or termination of, your access to the Subscription Service. We may also deactivate your account without notice to you if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of your Subscription Service.
