Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Our software services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. The following policies apply:

1. Billing and Charges

  • Per Terminal/Server License: $50/month for each terminal or server the software is installed on.

  • METRC Integration License: $225/month.

  • Online Store Domain License: $50/month.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, including partial months.

  • No credits or refunds will be issued for unused time, downgrades, or termination before the end of a billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be billed again after that.

  • Continued use of the software or services beyond the billing cycle requires active subscription payment.

4. License Usage

  • Charges are based on the number of terminals/servers actively using the software.

  • Additional licenses (METRC or Domain) are required for corresponding functionality and billed monthly.
